Casa in Paraty, close to the Historical Center

Our house is quite spacious and cozy, with a living room that has a 42-inch TV with Netflix available! Our kitchen is American style, with a super spacious counter, having 5 burner stove, fridge, sink and all available utensils. The house has two large bedrooms, the main one upstairs, which has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a full-length mirror. In the second bedroom is a double bed, a bunk bed, wardrobe, desk, a large mirror. The space The house is approximately 700 meters from the historic center of Paraty, about a 6-minute walk. In addition to having all kind of shops close by (market, pharmacy, pizzeria, square, beauty salon, restaurant, hortifrut, etc.), the house is not far from the city's beaches: Pontal and Jabaquara, within walking distance! Guest access The guest has complete freedom through property. The kitchen has all the utensils you may need, we have an area with a hammock where the guest can relax, library released. Other things to note The house is an apartment, so it has two stairs: one to reach the house and the other that leads to the upper bedroom.
