A rural, rustic retreat conveniently located but away from the hustle and bustle. Accessed half a mile down a tree lined private driveway. Located 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes centre and main line station where London Euston is just half an hour away and Birmingham is around an hour. A 20 min drive to Silverstone, home to the British Grand Prix and Moto GP. The Barn also sits on the Grafton Way footpath between the Roman town of Towcester and the village of Potterspury. The space The barn is annexed to a former farm cottage on the site of an old dairy farm. It is surrounded on all sides by fields and countryside walks with plenty of horses to say hello to. The property is made up of the following: Living room, with a large corner sofa, which transforms into a full size double bed for additional guests. There is a TV and DVD player. Dining room with a large dining suite that will seat 4 guests comfortably. You will also find a large selection of books, DVDs and games to enjoy during your visit. Bedroom, with a comfortable double bed and drawers for storage. Kitchen, with an electric oven and hob. Microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large wardrobe with hanging space and storage for luggage. Bathroom comprises of a bath and separate shower, w.c, sink and storage. Outside there is a private garden area and a private parking space. Guest access You will have full access to the Barn and garden area directly outside the patio doors.
