Stays over 28 days receive a discount and require a signed lease agreement - email address required to send lease. If your email address is not provided within 24 hours, your reservation is subject to cancellation. If the lease is not signed within 72 hours of receipt or within 24 hours prior to check in, whichever is sooner, your reservation may be subject to cancellation.
