In the outbuilding: First floor: a converted attic accessible by stairs with many sofas, bar, Bluetooth sound system, darts, fridge for drinks. Ground floor: laundry room with washing machine and dryer. At the back: a wooded park with garden furniture for 8 people. Barbecue. On the front: a garden with heated swimming pool from June 5 to September 5. Heat pump, the temperature varies depending on the Normandy weather. Badminton net. Ping pong table. Parking for your cars Animals are free on the entire estate: a dog, a cat, chickens and guinea pigs. We are careful to disturb you as little as possible, but we live there, and for the maintenance of the pool and green spaces we will meet. Central oil heating from 09/30 to 04/30. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire left wing of the manor. The park at the back is privatized for you, however for maintenance and animals we may need to intervene. The front garden and front courtyard are opposite our courtyard. But your entrance and parking is independent via a dedicated gate with a key. The pool is not shared with other guests, it is reserved for you. However, we reserve the right to use it one hour a day when you are not using it, and we will intervene for maintenance early in the morning.
