Shared bath The space My home is an apartment home, and is equipped with a ring camera on the outside of the building as I am located on the 2nd floor of the building. Upon entering the front door of the building you are on the bottom floor of the building. Enter the apartment through the door facing you with the electronic lock. Come upstairs to the 1st floor of the apartment to retrieve your unit,(room) keys on the hook at the top of the stairs. Units 3, 4, 5, and 6 are down the hallway at the back up the stairs as well as the bathroom. If you have any issues please use the ring camera bell. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the main hallway(s), shared bathroom, and your unit only, under special circumstances the host bathroom will be available for use if the shared guest bathroom is not available due to an issues not related to other 1.guests occupying the bathroom space for extended periods of time or 2. dirtying the bathroom after cleaning has been completed for the day. (It is up to the fellow guest coming into the shared spaces to be respectful towards other fellow guests). The use of host bathroom is at the host discretion. You will also have use of the mini fridge, microwave, located in the hallway on the bottom floor. (Please dispose of any food you may have in the mini refrigerator at check out. (Host is not responsible for food left in the refrigerator during your stay nor after check out) During your stay The Host lives and works on this property and is easily available during guest stays.They may knock on her room door to speak with her directly if they have any issues at all. Or they may send a message in Airbnb messages. Other things to note The lock on the door of your unit is an electronic fob key entry just activate keypad by touching it anywhere and then hold fob key in center of the handle and the door will unlock turn handle and enter door will lock automatically if closed fully please do not slam doors Sorry but there are no baths allowed on this property only showers. As this would surely occupy the single shared bathroom for too long of a time as well as use excessive water. Also please refrain from doing make-up in the bathroom as well as this would also keep the bathroom occupied for too long please clean up after yourself in all shared spaces. Also no packages or mail or mail is to be delivered to this address at all. Host will not accept, nor be responsible for stolen packages or mail sent to this address under any circumstances. Please use a pick-up location that the carrier services you used provide or offer. Please log out of all accounts for your streaming service upon check out. Do not change or log out of guest account on fire tvs in units or change any input settings on the fire tvs. Please take any food you have in the fridge or freezer with you upon check out host is not responsible for food left in fridge during or after your stay. Do not take any items from unit this includes flatware and table setting such as bowls, plates, and cups, pillows blankets, towels wash clothes, remote ,etc.. you will be charged the full price of the items not there after you check out Do not damage any items in the unit . At this property we ask for additional proof of identity by asking for a picture of your state id. This is strictly to insure safety of all guests in case of an emergency and to make sure. Your id will not be shared or viewed by anyone besides the host No pets are allowed at this property. If you bring a pet the host must be asked and there will an extra cleaning fee of $15 This is an adult space not suitable for infants or children. On this unit 6 and unit 5 check in after 10:00 pm is not permitted due to conflict with quiet time. If you book or check in close to quiet hours that start at 11:00 pm a strict noise policy will be in place. It does not matter if you just booked or if you just checked in. From past experiences I noticed that the noise policy is ignored by most late night guests. And then if I ask for the policy to be followed I’m met with conflict, because of this and for other reasons I have now decided to disallowed late check in on this unit 5 and unit 6, anyone checking in will not be permeated into the property no matter what time you book the unit. You must be here before 10:00 pm or you will not be permitted into the property no exceptions. This is to avoid any conflict of interest or with quiet time policy.. Registration Details 942982
