Spacious house in the heart of the Old Town, minutes from the Beach. The house has undergone a complete top to bottom renovation. A large kitchen extension with bifold doors open out to the patio for you to enjoy with your family and friends. We wanted to create a home from home feeling so there is a fully equipped kitchen, should you want to cook, or there are plenty of nearby places to eat or just get a takeaway. If you want to relax there are books, board games and a smart TV with Netflix. The space The kitchen is spacious with a table big enough to seat 6/8 people. You can open the doors to the to the back. The patio has ample seating with chairs and tables. The front bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds where you can choose to be Hastings or Saint Leonards. The top floor has an ensuite bathroom with a study area. Perfect for people who want a separate space. The cozy living room has bookcase containing board board games and toys. Guest access Guess can use the whole house
