The space The recently completed apartment located in the new chalet area of Alppihimos offers luxurious accommodation for six people. High-quality materials and careful decoration make your stay pleasant and relaxing. The apartment is perfect for an active holiday: in the summer, the golf course and Himos Arena are just 1.3 km away. In winter, the slopes of Western Himos and the first snow trails are very close to the apartment (0.6 km). Welcome to vacation in this stunning apartment! The apartment has two floors, with an area of 64 m². Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen/living room, sauna, shower, separate toilet, and a glazed terrace. The apartment is beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture, and the kitchen features lovely Iittala dishes, quality cooking utensils, and stylish appliances. Check-in is easy, regardless of the time. The apartment offers fast Wi-Fi and parking spaces for two cars right next to the entrance. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels or you can rent sheets from Himos Center for €15/set. Final cleaning is included in the rental. Upper floor: • Bedroom 1: a very comfortable 160 cm wide double bed ensures a good night's sleep • Bedroom 2: two single beds (90 cm) • Toilet Ground floor: • Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, pots, dishwasher, pans, wine glasses, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc. • Large living room: sleeping space for 2 people (pull-out sofa) • Separate toilet • Shower and sauna, washing machine, and drying cabinet • Spacious hallway with storage • Glazed terrace and large grill The gas grill comes with a gas bottle. The grill is available for use during the summer season, from May to the end of September. In the backyard of the apartment, there is a six-person outdoor hot tub, with a rental price of €180 per reservation. During festival weekends (Midsummer, Iskelmä, and Jysäri), the price is €240. The hot tub will be ready for use on the day of check-in and will be available to you throughout your stay. It will be maintained during each stay. The price for the hot tub will be charged separately after the reservation is confirmed.
