This unique apartment with a private roof top terrace is located in central Santa Pola, with walking distance to everything. 5 min walk to shopping and 10 min walk to the nearest beach. Alicante airport is only 15 min drive away. The apartment is renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, big shower, double bath and double sinks in the bathroom, central AC and a private roof top terrace (35m2) with a lounge area, dining area and a barbecue. The space The apartment building has an elevator. Once you enter the apartment you will arrive in the spacious entrance area, the stairs leading to the private roof top terrace is in front of you. The bathroom is to your left, equipped with a double bath, a shower and double sinks with storage including a hair dryer. Once you walk through the hallway you will access the separate bedroom which is spacious with a 160cm double bed. There is a wardrobe for you to use, equipped with hangers and several drawers. The bedroom also has a small balcony. If you keep walking through the hallway you will access the living room and dining area which is next to the kitchen. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa which is a sofa bed that is very easy to use. There is a TV with direct access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube (which you will access with your private log in), under the TV you will find the router from which you will access the Wi-Fi. The living room area also has a dining table with 4 chairs, and next to it is the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with: Dishwasher, Induction stove, Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Coffeemaker, Electric juice machine, Smoothie machine and more. The kitchen faucet is equipped with a filter, so that you’re able to drink water directly from the faucet. (Please note that there is no microwave). In the hallway next to the living room area you will find the wall mounted AC controller, where you can set the temperature of your liking. The apartment has central AC in every room. Walk up the stairs located in the entrance hall and you will access the roof top terrace. This is a private terrace which is only accessible from the apartment. There is a dining area with 6 chairs and a parasol with built in solar cell lights, a lounge area, a special made wall with plastic plants and built in solar lights, a storage room with a washing machine, 2 sun chairs for the terrace and 2 sun chairs that you can bring to the beach. There is also a barbecue (gas). Guest access This is a private apartment for up to 4 guests, with full access to all rooms and spaces except the locked part of the wardrobe in the bedroom and locked private storage space under the stairs.
