Fully equipped studio ideally located 5 minutes walk from the Bastille, just 12 minutes from Place des Vosges and several metro stations (1, 5, 8 and 9). Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it is a perfect place for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable accommodation with all the shops close to the accommodation. You'll even find a sleeping area separated by a partition with a cozy queen bed. A nice little cozy place for a successful Parisian stay The space My 24 m2 studio offers a main room with an open kitchen and a separate sleeping area, out of sight with a comfortable double bed The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa with a TV on which you can connect to your NETFLIX account. You will of course have access to wifi throughout the apartment. My bathroom is equipped with a shower. The bathrooms are in the bathroom as well. My apartment is warm and it is really ideal for a couple on vacation in Paris or for a solo professional stay. Being regularly traveling for work, I decided to to entrust my apartment to the concierge Hom D&C. Caroline and Dimitri will therefore be your preferred interlocutors. To ensure optimal comfort, we provide you with - Bed linen (sheets, covers and pillowcases) - Bathroom linens (towels and bath mats) - a welcome kit with coffee and tea pods to kick off the stay (no renewal during the stay). I have a lot of pleasure in welcoming you to my home and I hope you feel at home here. This is the place where I live with some of my personal belongings and in no way a hotel ;) I'm counting on you to keep the place in perfect condition. I also thank you for respecting the neighborhood and the calm of the building. Finally, I remind you that no parties and that no overflow will be tolerated. See you in Paris soon!
