The 360m2 private house includes: 4 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, 2 large living room, 1 eight seater dining room, a large terrace with a lush garden, your own large private swimming pool Bedrooms : N°1 - The master bedroom with and a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool has a king size bed, a large dressing room and a double sink bathroom with walk-in-shower N°2 - Air-conditioned room with a queen size bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. N°3 - Air-conditioned room with queen size bed also having a bathroom with walk-in shower, a wardrobe and a large bay window which overlooks the swimming pool. N°4 - Air-conditioned room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with Italian shower and a balcony. Household linens: We provide you with everything you need (sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and table linen.) Kitchen : The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Household : Cleaning of the villa before and after your stay is included in the rental price.
