Bloomington Bliss: Light-Filled, Mid-Century Oasis

Enjoy a peaceful, clean and serene stay at this centrally-located mid-century ranch in the desirable Bryan Park neighborhood. Situated on a quiet street, filled with natural light, hardwood floors, stylish decor and original artwork and free parking on premise. Perfect location for enjoying the best of Bloomington. Walking distance to Switchyard park, one mile to campus and downtown and just over two miles to shopping and restaurants on either side of town. The space Renovated in 2024, Bloomington Bliss offers an open living room and kitchen with two equal-sized bedrooms and a bathroom with a generous tub/shower. The first bedroom offers a firm platform bed/mattress and the second bedroom offers a table & chairs and futon that converts into a firm, queen-sized bed. The living room has a firm pull-out couch. The space is perfect for a solo traveler, family, couples, and friends in search of an inspiring and peaceful getaway. Guest access You will have access to the entire upstairs unit. You also have access to the back deck and backyard and fire pit. There may be renters in the downstairs walk-out basement that also has access to the backyard and fire pit. Other things to note As a Superhost, I welcome any suggestions, feedback and ideas you have to improve the space and your experience. Please do not smoke or vape inside. If the smell of smoke is detected you will be immediately notified and a cleaning fee of $250 will be applied. I take immense pride in the overall cleanliness of my space. The cleaning fee does not cover the full cost of the cleaning service. I pay both a living wage AND I invest a portion of your rental fee into maintaining my space for your enjoyment. I do ask that you do your part and leave my space neat and tidy before you leave to help make the cleaning process easier for the cleaning service.
