Our thoughtfully designed space has one-bedroom, one-bathroom and a pull out couch to accommodate up to four guests. Rest assured, our space has all the essentials you need for your home away home! The space This beautiful private space, situated on the second floor of a newly built standalone building in downtown Carleton Place, offers convenience and comfort. Guests can conveniently pull in and park in front of the garage door, with a well-lit alleyway guiding them to the front entrance of the Carriage house. Whether you're strolling through downtown, meandering along the river, or indulging in a cozy night in, there's something for everyone. A collection of classic board games can be found. Binge-worthy shows on Netflix and Prime all enjoyed on a generous big-screen TV. Guests can unwind in the lavish bathroom, complete with a luxury shower and heated floors, for that extra touch of indulgence. When it's time to rest, sink into the lap of luxury with a pillow top, king-size bed that promises a dreamy night's sleep. Need extra space? The pull-out couch is topped with memory foam for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals at their convenience. It can literally be a home away from home as it has everything to accommodate longer stays. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with close proximity to public beaches, shops, restaurants, the Mississippi River, parks, trails, and grocery stores. It is perfect for couples seeking a retreat or wedding guests attending nearby venues. Check-in and check-out times are flexible and can be arranged based on mutual agreement. Complimentary Paddleboards During the warmer months, registered guests are welcome to enjoy our complimentary paddleboards, paddles and life jackets (weather and water conditions permitting). A signed Paddleboard Use Agreement is required before use. Guests use the equipment at their own risk and are responsible for returning it in the same condition it was provided. ***** Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay and a $250 flat fee for wedding accommodations, such as bridesmaids’ hair and makeup, covering up to 8 people on the property between 7 AM and 5 PM. Kindly inform us of the exact number of people who will be present.
