The space Olivia-leigh Cottage is a three bedroom cottage consisting of one king size bed. One double bed and one smaller double bed. The cottage has a large country style kitchen and bright sitting room with ample sitting area. A smaller sunroom provides additional sitting area and overlooks the beautiful countryside. The bathroom provides all basic amenities including a shower and bath. Bath bubbles provided!! An old stone barn in the garden provides additional sitting area with fridge/ freezer, laundry and tea and coffee making facilities. The characterful barn is an unique Irish true gem and allows one to take ‘time out’ to chill and relax. Garden furniture in the large private garden allows for dinning and relaxing in the sun, a spot of bird watching or perhaps a bit of star gazing after watching the beautiful sunsets go down over the mountains!! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, large private garden and outside barn. There are two steps at the back door and a hand rail. Two steps at front door. Large private garden and large area for private free parking. Secure area to store bikes and large drying rails for equipment and clothing. Other things to note Olivia-leigh Cottage is located outside the quaint village of Mayobridge. It is a mere 10 mins on foot to the local bar and pizza house, pharmacy, post-office, hairdressers, coffee shop, beauticians, and place of worship. It is 5 mins by car to the closest Shop. The cottage is a central to the nearby city of Newry and the towns of Warrenpoint, Hilltown, Rostrevor, Rathfriland kilkeel and Castlewellan. The cottage is ideal for walkers who enjoy local 5 -10k walks. Ample onsite parking is available.
