Romantic stone house and yard near stunning beach

Robinson's paradise of designer-restored heritage, with a lot of love for tradition and cultural heritage, is not just a house but a whole story and the atmosphere is that of a small village in the vegetation of orange trees, olives and lavender. This rustic ambience will take you to another time and give you the magic of staying in peace and quiet in the shade of 300-year-old olive trees, near Pernatice beach. It is located in the ethno-eco abandoned village of Kačine on the south side of the island. The space The adjacent building of recent construction is the house of us hosts. We don't share common spaces in the interior or exterior. Our house is intended for living throughout the year and is covered by video surveillance that does not cover the areas of the stone houses so you can have complete privacy. Guest access The stone cottage complex has outdoor spaces available only to you and communication is always through the outdoor space as if the corridor is a garden path surrounded by orange trees. Additional spaces are covered by a porch - a terrace with a seating area and a large table in the shade under an old olive tree. There is also a small intimate plot right next to the beach where you can find shade and privacy for a picnic, tent or set up a hammock. Other things to note The facility is self-sustaining, so energy from nature should be consumed rationally. You have solar heating of hot water, photovoltaic for electricity, a gasoline generator if it happens to be cloudy days so the batteries do not get charged. You cook on gas from a bottle, you have water from two tanks. My advice is to bring comfortable and safe footwear for walks on the rocks during the day and mosquito repellents for a night stay outside.
