The space As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room boasting a luxuriously comfortable navy couch made of exquisite Italian leather. And that's not all! A mesmerizing electric fireplace awaits you, perfect for snuggling up and enjoying your favorite movies. Plus, there's a smart TV in the living room, allowing you to easily access all your preferred streaming platforms. Moving on to the kitchen, you'll find it fully stocked with a delightful assortment of spices, pots, pans, and even a coffee maker, ensuring you won't miss out on your morning cup of joe. Please note: that we do not have an actual oven or stove. We have a toaster oven and a plug in 2 pot stove top! The stove top is located underneath the sink and you have to pull it out and plug it in! The first floor bedroom embraces a cozy full sized bed making you want to stay in and sleep the day away after your adventures. The softest sheets will make you feel like you're being hugged by the room, never wanting to leave its comfort. The lofted bedroom, reached by the custom-built sliding ladder, features a spacious king size bed and picturesque windows that offer a stunning view of the woods where you can watch the morning birds. Wrapped in the same soft sheets, we guarantee that you'll find it difficult to leave the comfort of your bed and head out for your daily adventures. Below Hiker's Hideaway lies a sheltered outdoor area complete with a compact kitchen equipped with a Blackstone gas grill, mini fridge, and sink. There's also an outdoor smart TV, a cozy couch for movie nights, a signing tree for guests to leave their mark, hanging chairs, and many other amenities to enjoy! At Hikers Hideaway, we truly value the presence of your cherished furry companion. To ensure a pleasant stay for both you and your pet, we have a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay. We understand that your dog may enjoy lounging on the couch, so we kindly ask that you use the waterproof blanket we provide to protect our furniture. By taking this simple step, we can maintain the pristine condition of our furnishings and avoid any unexpected charges. Rest assured, we prioritize your pet's comfort and strive to maintain a welcoming environment for all our four-legged guests. Guest access You can enjoy the full community amenities, including various fire pit areas, a dock overlooking the lake for breathtaking sunsets, and a play set for the kids. Conveniently located in the heart of the community, the dock and play set are easily accessible. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll or driving, ample parking is available. Our pet-friendly community welcomes furry friends, but please keep them on a leash and clean up after them to maintain our beautiful surroundings. Trash bins are conveniently located in common areas for your convenience. Please note: This house is NOT on the lake. The lake is located in the middle of the community.
