The space Escape to the Relaxing Getaway Studio at Kerkstraat 71 in Hilversum. This cozy studio features a comfortable double bed, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers or couples looking for a peaceful retreat. With its warm decor and essential amenities, it provides a perfect environment for relaxation. Conveniently located near local cafes, shops, and attractions, this studio offers a delightful base for your adventures in Hilversum, blending comfort and accessibility seamlessly. Guest access Self Check-In Instructions: At our accommodation, we operate a self check-in system. Instead of receiving a physical key, you will be provided with a key code to access the premises. Before receiving your key code, please ensure that you meet the following requirements: Requirements: To stay with us, it is mandatory to complete an online check-in and provide a security deposit. Online Check-In: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an email containing instructions for the online check-in process. Kindly complete the online check-in and submit the security deposit as instructed. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €300 is required and can be paid during the online check-in process, prior to check-in. Payment can be made using a credit card, Visa card, or Mastercard. If you do not have access to a credit card, please don't hesitate to contact us using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can send us a message via WA, and we will promptly provide you with all the necessary information. Other things to note We have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules: 1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C 2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment) 3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises 4. Prostitution is forbidden Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a financial penalty. If repeated, the person will be expelled from the apartment without the right to a refund.
