Home in Phoenix

Our home is ideal for a single or a couple who is visiting Arizona and would like a cozy, comfortable place to use as a home base. We have a large family who uses the pool often, so that is very much a shared space. If you let us know ahead of time that you would like privacy, we can try to accommodate. Please let us know if you plan to invite a few friends over to share the pool so we can plan accordingly. The space Comfy poolside room with private bathroom, in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The queen sized bed has a super high quality luxury mattress!! Sooo comfy, you won't want to get out of bed! Private entrance, and door to the pool. Private bathroom. This room is at the opposite end of the house from the rest of the rooms, so you will have lots of privacy. Walk to the park. Wifi, easy free parking, five minutes from two malls, 12 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 minutes from Tempe and Scottsdale, easy access to Interstate 17 and the 51 freeway. We think you'll love our home! Guest access You can park for free on the street directly in front of our house. Other things to note The pool is available for you to use. If sitting outside or swimming after 9:00pm and before 8:00am, please be very quiet. Voices carry and we want to be mindful of our neighbors. Please note, the jacuzzi does not heat up. The washer and dryer are available for an additional $10.00 per load. This property is not intended for a staycation where you plan to make the home your vacation. We love to have guests who are visiting the area and use our home as a comfortable home base to return to after being out and about for the day. We of course love for you to enjoy the pool area and the bedroom, but if you are looking for a place to be all day and every day of your stay, this probably is not the best fit.
