Horse lover paradise - stay in a flat above the stables and wake up with the sound of horses coming in for breakfast, looking out of your window and see them running and playing in the shade of the Langeberg mountains. (Steep stairs: NOT for the bigger not-so-fit ones amongst us). Most beautiful views imaginable. Bring your horse with at an extra cost! The space The flat consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a tiny bathroom with a small corner shower, a living area with a kitchenette, big comfortable coach, table with chairs and TV. There is full WiFi but no cell phone reception. In the small garden is a picnic table and a weber braai. The flat has the most beautiful view. It also looks down into the stables from two windows. The flat is built in the roof of the stables so keep in mind that, as the bed is big, there is not much head space above the one side of the bed. Please see the pictures so you know what to expect. It is a very pretty, cozy little flat with a small microwave, small fridge, two plate gas stove and air conditioner for hot afternoons. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: Entrance to the flat is via a staircase inside the stable block. Guests must go through the double door into the stable block where the staircase is. The guests has full access of the whole flat. As it is a working horse farm, the grooms and stud manager might be at feeding times around in the stables during working hours and on weekends. They will keep their distance and the guests will be completely private in the flat. Other things to note Keep in mind that the flat is not built for the bigger amongst us - the shower is small and the steps are steep. There is no cellphone signal on the farm. We though have full WiFi and at our main gate is signal if you have to make a cell phone call.
