Guest access The Cangas del Narcea-Ventanueva area is great because of its surroundings. You'll experience nature in its wildest state. All you have to do is book a pass to the Muniellos Nature Reserve, which is just a few kilometers from my apartment. Muniellos is a biosphere reserve and protected natural park. The area also has natural pools. You can walk to one of them, the natural pool called "La Pista." It's small but cozy. There is also another very large one in the area called "El Llano." Ten minutes away by car. The Muniellos River is right in front of the house, and you can also swim in it. If you want to hike or simply go for a walk, there are several trails with different routes, one of which ends at "La Cascada de Aguas Blancas" (the White Water Waterfall), which is an hour's walk from the apartment.
