Air-conditioned apartment Ideally located in Old Nice, 2 steps from Place du Cours Saleya, a typical place where you can find its large Nice market, between local products and local artisans. Treat yourself to a sunny walk on the famous Promenade des Anglais and take a lunch break facing the sea on the Pointe du Rauba-Capeu. Castle Hill is 400 m from the apartment. The famous Place Garibaldi is 600 m away (8 min) For your shopping trip, the city center of Nice with its shops is a 10-minute walk or tram ride away. For transportation, you will find the Tram 5 minutes away (Cathédrale - Vieille Ville stop) or (Garibaldi stop). For your comfort, you will find a sofa bed with a 160 x 200 mattress, 14 cm thick. A fully furnished apartment where you only have to put down your belongings, with an equipped kitchen, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, extractor hood and several storage spaces. The living/sleeping area has a 2-meter sofa, a small coffee table, and a bar table to allow you to eat or work. A beautiful 110 cm TV with NETFLIX included. A large dressing room will allow you to put down your belongings. A small, very functional bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and towel dryer. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. We provide one bath towel per person, a bath mat, a hand towel as well as bed linen and a kitchen towel. Dishwashing liquid and hand soap are provided. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to its stops. You will find paid parking spaces in the "Palais de Justice" parking lot 2 minutes from the apartment, or "Corvesy" parking lot 5 minutes away.
