The space This brand-new townhome comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and is ideal for extended stays, corporate housing, traveling professionals, and clinical rotations. Enjoy thoughtfully curated furnishings, upscale finishes, a dedicated workspace, and a dog-friendly community. Conveniently located just 5–10 minutes from Cookeville's shopping, dining, healthcare facilities, and local attractions. Guests also have access to resort-style amenities, including a beautiful community pool, pickleball courts, and a dog park coming soon. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and its amenities. Guests have two marked parking spots in front of the home. Mail cannot be delivered to the address of the Airbnb. We ask that any guests wishing to receive mail during their stay set up a P.O. Box from the USPS. Other things to note While we do allow pets, we kindly ask that they not be permitted on any furniture or linens. This helps us keep cleaning fees as low as possible for all guests. We provide starter supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods. For extended stays, please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. We also provide one set of bath linens per guest, which includes one bath towel and one washcloth.
