This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, away from traffic. Located in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and animals, the cottage provides an authentic experience. The space The accommodation features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine). A living area with a sofa bed that offers two additional sleeping spaces. Bathroom (with shower) and 1 toilet. On the upper floor, the large landing provides access to 4 bedrooms: The first bedroom has a double bed and the option to add a crib, along with a bathroom (with a shower cabin) and a toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and two extra single beds if needed, along with a bathroom (with shower) and a toilet. The third bedroom, with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, offers three individual sleeping spaces. The last bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together. These last two bedrooms share a bathroom (with a shower) and a common toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided (limited to 1 set per person). Beach towels and pool towels are not provided. You only need to make the beds upon arrival, and it is requested that you strip them on your last day. Additional towels and bed linens are available upon request, and this service will be charged. Guest access In addition to your accommodation, there is a shared, unheated swimming pool accessible to guests all day except from 6 PM to 7 PM (adjustable to your needs). You can also enjoy the barbecue and outdoor dining. There is the possibility to have barbecues, use a plancha, and have meals on the house's terrace. Other things to note The Gîte Les Agates is part of a property complex that includes several accommodations, including the owners' residence. You have access to a parking area that can accommodate multiple vehicles if needed, with a secure gate. An electric vehicle charging station is available upon request and with the owners' approval. A wine cellar is at your disposal in the gîte, offering local wines and beers at producer prices. It operates on a self-service basis, and you will only need to pay for the bottles consumed during your stay (price range from €5 to €15 per bottle).
