Enjoy your stay in Salta in a stylish apartment, located in the heart of the city, a few blocks from the main square and in an area of bars and restaurants. The building has a swimming pool, sauna, and barbecues. From our balcony, in addition to having its own barbecue, you will have a privileged view of the hills and the city. The condominium has solar panels and an ecological design that made it one of the first green buildings in northern Argentina. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, a double bed, a single bed, and a full-size sofa bed (120 cm x 175 cm) with a capacity for four people who can sleep comfortably thanks to the blackout curtains. During the day, the windows overlooking the hills and the city make it very bright and with a privileged view. The walls are decorated with handicrafts and are designed to make you feel at home. It's a space that we, its owners, particularly enjoy whenever we have the opportunity. Guest access The area is easily accessible and an unparalleled base for exploring Salta (on foot or by car). The building is three blocks from Balcarce Street, an area with bars, restaurants, and a craft market on Sundays. On the same block, you'll find cafes, stores, and a supermarket. Alto Noa Shopping is three blocks away, and Salta's main tourist attractions are a 10-minute walk away: Plaza 9 de Julio, the Alta Montaña Museum, San Francisco Church, San Bernardo Convent, and other places of interest. Other things to note Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, the ecological design is intended to lower the temperature in summer and heat in winter. That's why we have a standing fan. The central heating during the winter is turned down during the cold days.
