Come and stay in our house, completely renovated in 2024, ideally located for a weekend to visit Guédelon, Vézelay, Auxerre and Chablis, among other places, as there are so many beautiful things to do. Our house is atypical with its magnificent cathedral room opening onto the garden and its unique rooftop that will offer you a magnificent view of our small typical village of the Yonne. As the owner of an EV, we offer you charging on our dedicated 11 kW terminal. NO PARTY! The space Entire accommodation on two floors. On the ground floor, a large fitted kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa bed and beautiful fireplace, overlooking a bedroom with two 80 x 190 beds side by side. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. And upstairs a beautiful 40 m2 room with glass roof overlooking a rooftop and the garden. Brand new sofa bed. In the courtyard of the house, you will share access with the discreet owner who has established his cooking laboratory in an adjoining room. This is an opportunity to exchange recipes with him. House completely redone in 2024. All amenities are brand new. For now, no TV and no Wi-Fi. Please bring your linens and towels. Rental possible on site for 15 euros per person. No parties allowed. No party anytime. Guest access Enter through the small flowery courtyard overlooking the large fully equipped kitchen. From there opens a traditional living room with sofa bed (real 140 bed) and fireplace with insert. It's a very cozy place to warm up in the winter. The living room serves a shower room and a separate toilet and on the other side the single bedroom with its two new beds of 80 twins to make a queen-size. But the most beautiful part is yet to come, take the staircase that will take you to the large cathedral room (> 30 m2), exposed stone, ultra bright with its large workshop-type glass roof overlooking the 40 m2 roof-top and the large garden that is reserved for you. In this room, a large sofa bed (real bed of 140) with its armchair awaits you to enjoy the zen atmosphere and acoustics of this room. Calm, relaxation, large area are at the rendezvous for this house. In the courtyard, you may see the owner who will come to access his kitchen laboratory, do not hesitate to ask him for tricks, he is a former Master Restorer. Who can offer you, if you wish, to make you a meal according to his availability.
