L'Escale – city center and beach

L'Escale is a cozy 35 m² apartment located on the second floor of a quiet building (no elevator), in the heart of Roscoff. Thanks to its ideal location, you can explore everything on foot: restaurants, shops and beaches nearby. This 3-star furnished tourist accommodation ensures a pleasant and peaceful stay, perfect for enjoying all that Roscoff has to offer. Whether you're here to relax or for adventure, L'Escale is your perfect pied-à-terre. The space L'Escale revolves around a spacious, very bright living room. The refined and sober decoration makes this place warm and soothing. The equipped and well-designed kitchen will allow you to prepare good meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom overlooking the church (double bed of 160) adjoining the bathroom/toilet. Storage spaces/wardrobe will make you feel at ease during your stay. It is agreed that on your departure, the rental is returned clean and tidy, in which case a cleaning service will be charged at the rate of €35 per hour. Professional cleaning is carried out after each departure to ensure everyone's comfort. It is sometimes possible, depending on the period and the schedule, to request to arrive earlier or to stay longer: in this case, the supplement is to be paid on site and it is calculated on a pro rata basis of 24 hours depending on the rate and the period. PARKING NOTE: There are several parking spaces near the building, namely that the nearest spaces are limited to 1.5 hours of parking (blue zone). Free and unlimited spaces are available within walking distance. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself.
