House in a village close to all amenities, with a train station for Paris. A river flows through the village and beautiful walks in the surrounding area will delight you. The house is simple, no frills, a bit like a vacation at your grandmother's. A small outdoor area will allow you to eat outside and have barbecues. Dijon 1 hour 45 minutes, Vézelay and Clamecy 20 minutes, Nevers and Auxerre 1 hour. Paris is 2 hours 45 minutes by train. The accommodation is for 7 but an 8th person can use the sofa. The space 4 bedrooms (3 with 140 cm bed, one with 120 cm bed). A sofa bed for an extra person. 1 bathroom (shower). 1 bathroom with bathtub. 3 toilets. TV in living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
