Large double room with private bathroom

Welcome to my home: I'm here to host you and give you tips to make the most of this experience and return home enriched by the encounter with this unique place. The space The apartment, spacious and bright, is equipped with every comfort. Guests have a large and bright room with a double bed equipped with a new memory foam mattress. Heating and air conditioning are independently adjustable with a thermostat. The room also features a workstation with a desk and ergonomic chair. The private bathroom has a large shower cabin, hairdryer, body products and everything you need for every need. Soft large sponges are provided for the shower and smaller sponges for face or bidet. The house, on the second floor with an elevator, is located in the first suburbs and boasts a splendid view of olive groves and wheat fields. Due to its location and nearby parking, it is suitable for both business travelers and travelers discovering the Sassi. By car you can reach the city center in 5-7 minutes and you can park for free on the street (the area is very quiet). Alternatively, there is a bus that leads to the center. In the immediate vicinity there are two supermarkets: Eurospin 250 meters away and Coop (also open on Sundays) 450 meters away. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, the bathroom (for their exclusive use) and the breakfast room, equipped with a coffee machine and tea kettle, always available. For breakfast there are cookies, croissants, bread, jam, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and juices. Use of the kitchen is not provided. During your stay Compatibly with my work schedule, which I carry out from home, I will be available to advise you on the activities in the city and will be happy to help you with your stay. Other things to note I live with a dog, so no other animals are allowed. The tourist tax of €2.00 per day per guest for the first three days of your stay and the stamp for the tax receipt of €2.00 are not included in the price of the stay. Smoking is prohibited in the house, even with the windows or the front door open.
