This brand new cabin is situated on nearly half an acre wooded lot on the quiet, no-motor, east end of Friendship Lake. Get ready for your relaxing getaway – relaxing on the covered porch overlooking the lake as you enjoy the sights, smells, and sounds of nature. The space 3 Bedrooms, 1 bath, Living room, Game nook, Coffee Bar, Fire Pit, Tripod rack for cooking over fire, Smart TV in living room, Amazon Fire sticks on bedroom TVs for you to log in and watch, Kayaks, Canoe, Pedal Boat, Life jackets, Fishing poles (You are responsible for fishing license), small tackle box with some lures, Stove, Microwave, Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, small appliances. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation, girls getaway, guys gathering, wellness retreat - you name it! Plenty of room to hang out inside and out, no neighbors right next door or even across the street. In the spring - perfect fishing and kayaking. In the summer - lake time!! It can be weedy in the summer so fishing and swimming is a little more of a challenge. Fall - perfect for hunting, hiking, and scenery. Public hunting land at the end of our road. Then in winter - great for snowmobiling, or just cozying up to get away! Please note, we cannot control the quality of the lake. It is a beautiful, peaceful lake. Sometimes it's weedy, sometimes it has algea. In the fall, the lake level is often drained - sometimes for a couple weeks and sometimes for the season. While we cannot control the lake, we are confident there are so many ways to relax, explore, and enjoy nature at our cabin 😀 Guest access Use of entire home with the exception of the utility room (locked).
