A perfect gateway to hiking, rafting/kayaking, boating & SUP, alpine & backcountry skiing, xcountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, wildlife viewing! The space Pastoral 10 acres at the foot of the Salt River Mountains. The main house is surrounded by trees with barn and corral a short distance behind the house. Guest access This basement apartment is completely yours. Share the peaceful treed property with the owner (living in the main house) and the acreage beyond with two horses. Private parking and private entrance. Outdoor patio. Other things to note Please ask permission to approach the horses, otherwise stay on the outside of the pasture fences.
