A hot tub, best suited for 2 people, is available for rent (pre-booked at time of booking). Electric vehicle chargers are available, subject to availability. Within 5–30 minutes, you can reach Tosselilla, Tomelilla Golf Club, Kåseberga, Ale Stenar, Ystad Saltsjöbad, Stenshuvud National Park and Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm, Knäbäckshusen, among other places. The space Welcome to our charming guest apartment of about 60 m², located in a part of our large villa on the outskirts of a quiet and pleasant residential area. Feel free to rent our hot tub. If you are interested, ask about this when booking. The apartment has its own entrance and you have the entire accommodation to yourselves – no indoor spaces are shared with the host family. The entrance to the apartment is through the game room, where there is a pool table, darts, and other board games that you are welcome to use during your stay. Cool in winter as it is not insulated. The apartment consists in: - Well-equipped kitchen (no oven or dishwasher) with dining area and lounge corner with sofa bed - Bedroom with queen-size continental bed (160cm) and blackout curtains - Living room with sofa bed for two people, TV and blackout curtains (can be separated with a sliding door) - Fresh bathroom with underfloor heating and a hand shower and overhead shower - Hallway with storage options The accommodation is best suited for 2–4 guests, but there are sleeping places for up to 6 people. Make the request if that is the case. When fully booked, we recommend the place primarily for short stays such as overnight stays/transport during travel. We value a quiet area, so parties and loud music are not allowed. Duvets, pillows and linens for the sofa bed are under the cover on the sofa bed - lift the cover and they are there underneath. In the accommodation, there is a staircase leading up to the upper floor; this is private and is only used for evacuation. Other escape routes are your own entrance and all the windows. In the garden, there is a basketball hoop, soccer goal and trampoline that you are welcome to use. Parties, loud music, and smoking are prohibited! Other things to note Bedding and towels are included in the price. Duvets, pillows and linens for the sofa bed are under the divan on the sofa bed - lift the divan and you will find them underneath.
