Taking any items from the storage without the host's permission is prohibited. In case of theft of any items, it will be reported to Airbnb, and compensation for damages will be claimed. Additionally, please make sure to park your car in the designated area within the apartment premises. Other things to note 【Special Notes】 ☑ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, in the building’s elevator hall, emergency stairs, and on the street in front of the building. Please do not throw cigarette butts anywhere. A fine of 20,000 yen will be charged if smoking or littering is discovered. (There are security cameras installed throughout the premises.) ⚠️ Recently, there have been cases where neighbors have reported such behavior to the police, resulting in fines. ☑ Pets are not allowed. In the event of a pet being discovered, compensation will be sought for any damages incurred. ☑ Please refrain from making loud noises such as shouting or running around. If we receive two or more complaints from neighboring residents, you will be required to vacate the premises immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.
