Furnished three-room apartment in a shared house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. If you rent the entire apartment alone, you CANNOT host, unless exceptionally with prior notice out of respect for the tenant below. Maximum guest stay of 7 days with an extra fee of 10 euros per day each The space The house has a separate entrance, on the ground floor there is a shared laundry room and a small garden with shared plastic chairs. On the first floor there is a two-room apartment. The staircase continues through the corridor of the two-room apartment and you arrive on the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the double with a bunk bed. A nice kitchen equipped with dishes and tablecloths, microwave, with table and sofa bed, a nice balcony and a bathroom with shower shared with the other guest. Guest access The entrance is at the front on the balcony side. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house, only on the balcony. Pets are not allowed, nor is it possible to host strangers unless exceptionally with permission from the property at a cost of 10 euros per night, in agreement with the other tenants. The kitchen sofa can become a bed.
