On the ground floor, an open kitchen (dolce gusto coffee maker) in the living/dining room, terrace with HOT TUB (8 people) and barbecue. A living room with a giant TV screen, and an arcade terminal with 650 games. A suite, double bed and baby bed, shower room, toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, unobstructed view of the forest and pond. One bedroom with double bed, overlooking the courtyard. A mezzanine with two single beds and a relaxation area. Bathroom with toilet Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests Other things to note IMPORTANT: -The pond and forest are fully fenced, you must open a barrier to access them. Access to the pond and pedal boat is entirely at your own risk, we will not be liable for any incident. If you would like to use the pedal boat, for 2 adults and 2 children max, please provide life jackets. - Wood option for fireplace 10 euros/day - Pellets 1 bag/day of rental, additional bag charged 6 euros.
