Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds our idyllic country cottage on 20 acres. Guests will have access to .5 acres. Property is located 20 minutes to OSU, 45 minutes from Newport. Horses roaming the pasture out your front window. Play corn hole while you bbq on your private back patio and listen to the wind rustle the leaves. Will comfortably sleep 11 with use of the pull out couch. No pets. Guests are not permitted beyond the play structure or on the gravel road past the Airbnb house. The space Do NOT go beyond the play structure or on the gravel road past the Airbnb house; it is private property and not to be accessed by guests. Due to the farm nature of the property, no pets are allowed. Please be courteous of our neighbors; drive slowly and minimize vehicle traffic. Be advised - this is a COUNTRY setting.. you may encounter raccoons, bobcats, and other wildlife on the property. Guest access .5 acres. Nice private backyard.
