This gorgeous mid century home sits on a beautiful 17,000 square foot lot. Our home features tons of natural light, a large, private yard with fruit trees, pool, spa and outdoor grill. The space We have gorgeous mature trees which create a private setting for gathering and relaxation in our pool and deck area. Inside, we have numerous gathering areas set up to enjoy and entertain. We have recreation items available as well including a regulation height basketball hoop, foosball table, bikes and more! Guest access Our home is not ideal for infants, toddlers or anyone who has trouble managing stairs. The best part of our house is down a flight of stairs, and it could be hazardous for people with a physical handicap or a child who is not yet fully coordinated. Other things to note Our downstairs family room doubles as a recording studio, and it can be booked upon request at an hourly rate. This is also a great room to sleep in since we have super heavy curtains on the windows. We are happy to set up the twin beds in this area or combine the twin beds together to create another king.
