This 3-bedroom, 1 bath home has something for everyone - large green space perfect for play with badminton, basketball and soccer nets. We have walking trails leading to the lake, indoor toys & table-tennis. The acreage is fully-fenced. (Not on lake). The space This house is located on 1.2 acres nestled in the trees. It is fully-fenced, open all year for bookings. It is only a few minutes drive from the amenities of The Village of Pigeon Lake. You can access the lake on foot via a trail behind the property. There is also skidoo access to the lake via road(ditches) in winter. The beaches of Ma-Me-O or Pigeon Lake provincial park are a 5 minute drive away. In winter the property is ideally located for ice fishing on the lake or cross country skiing at the Provincial park. The home features 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. There is one bathroom located on the main floor. We have Starlink internet service available for reliable wifi.
