Panorama House is in a truly fabulous location on the prestigious Panorama Road and world famous Sandbanks peninsula. Less than 100 meters, via footpath, to the shores of Poole Harbour providing easy access for watersports and just a couple of minutes walk to the award winning blue flag beaches, dunes, restaurants and cafes. This spacious 4 bedroom beach house comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is an ideal choice for families. South facing back garden, veranda and plenty of off-road parking. The space This traditional beach house is situated in a stunning location sandwiched between the Royal Motor Yacht Club and the renowned Rick Stein restaurant with golden sandy beaches beyond, all within a 2-3 minute walk. The front of the property provides generous parking for multiple cars with further parking to the side if required. There is a large light filled glazed porch to welcome you before entering the house. The front reception hall provides access to a WC, living room, stairs and kitchen/ breakfast room. The main living room offers comfortable seating for 8 guests and benefits from dual aspect windows/ doors which enables this space to be filled with light all day long. There's a brand new smart TV, lamps for evening mood lighting and a dedicated work space for those who need to close themselves off from the rest of the house to work. A broadband solution has been installed in the house which provides free wi-fi throughout the house for all guests. The house has been lovingly decoracted with a seaside style and palatte making the most of the beautiful views across the harbour, roof tops and pine trees. The kitchen/ breakfast room is well equiped for 8 guests and also offers dual aspect windows/ doors providing a light filled space. There is a large fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ample cupboards and work surfaces. There is a round breakfast table with seating and a corner chair for coffee or reading. Both the kitchen/ breakfast room and the living room lead onto the conservatory/ dining area which stretches across the whole back of the property. There is a large dining table and chairs for 8 guests with further comfortable day seating which provides a second social space for guests to enjoy. Lamps provide mood lighting for the evenings and patio doors open the whole space directly onto the veranda creating the ideal social space for when the sun is shinning on the south facing space. The veranda benefits from an elevated position over the rest of the garden and again provides comfortable seating for 8 guests. Steps lead down to a generous lower garden and double garage which is partially laid to lawn and a bbq area. This garden is a real sun trap! The first floor greets you with a spacious, bright hallway, mirror, hairdryer, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 with double bed + ensuite (corner shower, sink, toilet). Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 with double bed. Main bathroom (bath, separate corner shower, sink, toilet, laundry basket, shelving). The second floor leads to bedroom 1 and ensuite (bath, sink, toilet). This room offers the best view out across the harbour and provides a lovely day seat and dressing table or second workspace. Other things to note Beach towels are provided.
