🏠The little housing is independent, not shared ☀️Located in the garrigues north of Nîmes, the Petite Maison Nîmoise invites you to enjoy a sunny getaway. Between city and countryside, you will be just a 10-minute drive from the center of Nîmes and the highway, while enjoying a peaceful haven. The pool is shared with the owners. You can park your car safely under a carport on the property. Please note that the owners are your neighbors. Thank you for respecting the tranquility of the place. The house is well-insulated and the area is peaceful. 🛏 Bedding provided, bed made 🛁🧼 Towels, soap, shampoo 📡 WiFi, Orange box, Chromecast 🚗 Space to park a second vehicle on the property—van or small truck welcome. Rented spaces: 🖥 An air-conditioned living room with a bed, table, sofa, and TV. 🛏 New semi-firm mattress, 140x190 cm, 20 cm thick, pocket springs. 🍽 Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and dish towel. 🛁 Bathroom with towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. 🌴 Outdoor area next to the house with a table and chairs. 🤿 Swimming pool Equipped with lounge chairs and a hot water shower. The pool is shared with the owners. Unheated pool, open from mid June to September. Other things to note 🔐 Self check-in with a secure lockbox. You can arrive anytime after 3 PM. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 Accommodation for two people + 1 baby. A travel crib is available upon request in advance. 🏞 Access to hiking trails/Escattes domain possible on foot from the house—we’ll be happy to show you the way. The Gardon River is a 10-minute drive away. 🌭 Option to rent a gas barbecue on-site: €20 🏟 10-minute drive from the city center. 🛣 10-minute drive from the Nîmes East highway exit. 👮‍♀️ 7-minute drive from the Police Academy. 🚌 Bus access to the city center: Bus 72 is a 1-minute walk from the property. Bus 6 is a 20-minute walk from the property. 🚗 Ride-hailing services (VTC) work very well in Nîmes. 🎉 No parties or celebrations allowed. 🐕 Pets are not allowed. 🚬 Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or by the pool. You may smoke on the terrace. An ashtray is provided. Please ensure the smell does not enter the accommodation.
