HOUSE RULES - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING No Parties or Events Allowed Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages. Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10pm onwards. No Smoking Indoors PureStay reserve the right to issue a fine up to the value of £1000 if we have clear evidence of smoking inside the property. This includes finding ash on internal areas such as desks or window ledges, and/or a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering after your stay. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied (via Airbnb) to cover deep cleaning the property. This is separate from any damage caused. Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. For Business stays that are over 14 nights, you will be required to pay for an additional cleaning charge for mid stay cleans, which will happen halfway way through your stay. The maximum we allow without cleaning is 14 days. The costs will be that charged by the Housekeeper and applied to your Airbnb booking. Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport. Check-In/Out Policy when NOT pre agreed: Early check-in: £50/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10:15AM): £50/half hour Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver. We require either: A refundable security deposit of £250 depending on property size, OR A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 depending on the property.
