This luxurious 220 m2 duplex has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is part of a magnificent Haussmann-style building in the heart of the prestigious 16th arrondissement and its embassies. The space THE APARTMENT Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with elevator, you access the accommodation through an entrance reminiscent of the warm atmosphere of a home. From there you can access a double living room and a spacious dining room. On the long balcony, a small table invites you to enjoy an aperitif in a refreshing setting. On the other side of the entrance, you can enjoy a beautiful kitchen entirely designed by an architect and made to measure, equipped with all the necessary elements to prepare a good meal. Finally, a TV lounge with large flat screen and comfortable sofa invites you to relax. Upstairs, discover the sleeping area with three generous bedrooms: a double bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). If there are only 4 of you, including 2 children, there is the possibility of having only one single bed per room to offer each child their own dedicated space. A bathroom with bathtub and three sinks is accessible from the large hallway of the landing. Finally, at the end of the hallway, the master bedroom (180 cm king-size bed) awaits you with its en-suite shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. SERVICE We provide bedding and towels as well as shampoos and soaps. A cleaning lady will come every day for 2 hours to ensure the maintenance of the premises. She knows the place perfectly and will be able to help you if needed. We can also help you find a trusted babysitter (English-speaking housekeeper and babysitter). It is also a 5-minute walk from the two lakes of the Bois de Boulogne, allowing you to rest in the quiet of the urban hustle and bustle. For shoppers, Rue de Passy, a 7-minute walk, will delight you.
