Month-long (or longer) rentals only. Private guesthouse near SFO w/ newly renovated bathroom and kitchenette. 15 minutes from Palo Alto and 25 minutes to downtown SF. Perfect if you're coming for business meetings, visiting family in the area, or making a pit stop on a road trip. We have a beautiful pool and outdoor area that you're welcome to use during your stay. There are great restaurants in Burlingame and San Mateo, we can recommend our favorites. The space We've had a guest stay with us an entire summer. The high ceilings and natural light make our guest house a great place to relax or get some work done if you're here for business. Guest access You will have access to the backyard which includes the pool! We do have a hot tub but unfortunately it is usually not heated. Other things to note Unfortunately there is not a washer / dryer in the unit. We can work with you during your stay to coordinate access to our laundry room inside the house as needed.
