The space This air-conditioned and quiet studio benefited from a beautiful renovation in April 2024 with quality services and amenities. 😊 Guests can enjoy air conditioning (ESSENTIAL in Annecy when the warm weather arrives) after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. ☀️🏔️ The sleeping area has a 160 x 200 double bed. 😍 En-suite bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In the living room, the main sofa converts into a real double bed (quality mattress) (for those traveling as 2 or 3 wishing to enjoy two beds, please specify at the time of booking to obtain additional sheets (extra charge)). We also provide a baby crib. For early check-in, please let me know 🙃 The kitchen is fully equipped: combined microwave oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine... The little extra: Raclette grill 🧀🍽️🍷 available!
