Minimum stay of 3 days required The space The units are brand new and have 2 bedrooms with beds (1 x queen and 1 x double size bed) includes duvet, blankets and pillows. Unit includes an indoor bathroom and shower (hot water incl). Also in the bathroom is a washing machine for guest usage. No clothes dryer as sun is plentiful in Samoa. Unit includes a self-contained kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer and utensils. Lounge is open plan and includes a small couch, dining table and 2 chairs. Includes a smart tv and unlimited internet (unlimited internet is included in the price) Units are fully air con There is ample parking for guests in a secure compound (vehicle parking limited to one vehicle per unit) In addition the property has its own water tanks and water pump for supply to the units. Guest access Guests have access to the whole compound. Entry to the compound is between 6am and 9pm is through the main gate. After hours access (between 9pm and 6am) will need to be organized with the host. Other things to note House rules: ▪︎ No smoking or vaping inside the house • No excessive noise (mindful of other guests) • No partying or large gatherings • No parking on driveway and main access to units • No additional guests may sleep unless prior approval is given by the landlord • Air con units to be turned off when not in use. ▪︎ Initial cash power of $10 will be provided. Any additional power is to be paid by Tenant. (User pays principle) Breaking rules will incur additional costs and subject to expulsion at owner discretion. No refunds permitted.
