This spacious home in Goode Beach is a private and peaceful property with stunning views across Princess Harbour and King George Sound. With two separate living areas, five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a separate kitchenette, it is the perfect house to host families and larger groups. Fully equipped with free Netflix, Starlink internet, and a 75" TV, come and work or play in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The space ROOMS & FACILITIES: The fully-stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine (with 10 pods included), full complement of cooking utensils, rice cooker, gas stove, and two electric ovens. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The house has five bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms, with an additional toilet upstairs. Upstairs: 1. King bed with ensuite and walk-in closet 2. Queen bed with walk-in closet 3. Bunk beds (1 double + 1 single) and one single bed Downstairs: 1. King bed with ensuite and walk-in closet 2. Two single beds with ensuite and walk-in closet There is one portacot available should you need it. ENTERTAINMENT: - Upstairs there is a 75” Samsung Frame TV with free Netflix - Downstairs there is a 55” TV with free Netflix - A storage area downstairs contains many board games, puzzles, and books. - The kids room has an IKEA kitchen, table and chairs, play rug, and a tent. - A bluetooth speaker is provided - Binoculars for viewing the large ships, whales, paragliders, and anything else going on in the Sound. - A charging station is provided on the desk to charge your devices. - A ping pong table is located in the garage. - Two adult kayaks and one child’s kayak (with life vests) - Starlink internet is provided to stream movies and play games DINING: The main kitchen table is large and can seat 12 people. There are also outside tables on both balconies. There is a smaller table downstairs with six chairs. There is a fridge upstairs and a secondary fridge downstairs. Two IKEA high-chairs with tray tables are provided. HEATING & COOLING: Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas have reverse-cycle air conditioners. There is also a pedestal fan and portable heater in each bedroom that can be used if needed. WASHING: A front-loading washing machine and dryer are provided. There is also a clothesline by the garage. Other things to note Please be aware that the driveway from the road to the garage is quite steep and is best suited to an SUV type vehicle.
