Come spend your holidays in a quiet and family residence, where you will have access to various outdoor services: wooded park, boules court, tennis court (somewhat dilapidated... but playable), (outdoor pool exceptionally closed this summer). You will be in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, 6 km from the beaches accessible by bike (20 min) from the bike path close to the residence. Our house can accommodate 4/5 people on a private plot of land with terrace and garden. The space 40 m2 house with: - A living room with TV. - An equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, small appliances: coffee maker, kettle, toaster...). - A bedroom with 1 bed for 2 people. - A bedroom with 2 beds: one for 2 people and one for 1 person. - A bathroom equipped with shower - A separate toilet A 38 m2 terrace with awning, 1 garden furniture 5 chairs and 2 deckchairs. An enclosed garden. A gravel courtyard, allows you to park 2 vehicles You will have access to the residence's amenities: - Large wooded park; - outdoor ping pong tables; - bowling alley; - tennis court (somewhat dilapidated... but playable). Guest access You have the whole house. All activities offered in the residence (tennis, boules games, wooded park) are accessible and free of charge. Other things to note Flexible check-in and check-out times, to be agreed upon together. Secure key lockbox. MINIMUM RENTAL ONE WEEK from Saturday to Saturday The accommodation does not have WIFI but 4G coverage works. Sheets, bath towels, dish towels and hand towels not provided. Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the house. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay. The property must be left clean (emptied bins, clean kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaner).
