No pets of any kind because my home is in a no pet zone and I have pet allergy family members. No smoking inside the house, sunporch or Florida room. Guest access The front door, Smart Lock code will be provided on the day of your arrival. The front door lets you inside the Florida room. Once inside the Florida room you will need a key to open the kitchen door. The key is located in a lock box to the left of the Smart Lock outside. The lock box code has the key to enter the inside kitchen door.
