The space The split-level spacious home features 1 queen beds, 2 full size beds, and 2 sofa beds which accommodates 4-6 people, and max of 6. Pls notes the 3rd room with sofa beds is not an official bedroom with half bath. Backyard with deck, patio and BBQ grill. Amenities: • Gas stove, oven and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, mini grinder, electric water boiler • 3 rooms: 1 x queen bed, 2xfull bed + sofa bed and a sofa bed in lower level 4 steps down finished basement with half bath. • Morning sun filled breakfast room to enjoy your first meal of the day. Street parkings right in front usually available. Also parkings within 2-3 houses on both sides as well as parkings across the street. There is a guest studio in the backyard access from driveway. It’s ok to block our own driveway but pls DO NOT park on driveway. Thank you! Many houses built in this area are very close to each other. Pls kindly keep louder conversations in doors if possible. Absolutely no loud music and parties.
