That's it, our lovely family home is ready to welcome you for your vacation! You will find all the comforts you need, while being close to the beaches of Seignosse & Hossegor. The space That's it, our lovely house is ready to welcome you for your vacation! 🏠 This is a 140 m2 detached house (semi-detached with ours) located in a quiet residential area (cul-de-sac) with a private pool. It consists of a ground floor and one upper floor. 🏘️ Close to the center of the village of Tosse, 10 minutes from the beaches of Seignosse and 15 minutes from Hossegor. ➡️ On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a veranda with a dining table, toilet, bathroom, and two bedrooms (160 cm bed in the first bedroom and 140 cm mezzanine bed in the second). ➡️ Upstairs, there is 1 master bedroom (180 cm bed) with a bathroom / WC as well as a mezzanine (with desk) open to the living room. 🏡 The exterior consists of a large, pleasant, covered, south-facing terrace with a wooden dining table for 8 people, 2 hanging chairs, and a pool (3 X 5) secured by a roller shutter. 🏓 You will find a barbecue and a ping pong table available. 🧺 All linens are provided: sheets, towels, tea towels, etc. 💦 We offer a shared utility room with a washing machine, microwave and freezer. 👶 Small children are welcome. We can provide you with a baby bed and high chair. 🥖 Nearby shops (within 1 km): bakery, bike rental, Italian deli, butcher shop, bar-smoke shop, post office, small Leclerc, gas station, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, fishmonger, etc. 🚲 From the house, it's easy to go for a walk or a bike ride in the forest or on the surrounding small country roads. 🥖 Nearby shops (within 1 km): bakery, bike rental, Italian deli, butcher shop, bar-smoke shop, post office, small Leclerc, gas station, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, fishmonger, etc. 🏄‍♂️ As managers of a surf school in Seignosse, we will be happy to organize surfing outings for you. There is also the possibility to rent equipment. ⛰️ As we are from the Landes, we are also happy to advise on outings and visits in the Landes or the Basque Country. 🤗 We remain reachable and available if you have any questions, so don't hesitate! Guest access Access to the house as well as the pool are private, only the cellar is a common space. Other things to note Welcoming, meeting, exchanging, sharing... are values that are important to us.
