The space After admiring a Grenoble peculiarity: Free Expression on the city's walls and doors, you will leave the hustle and bustle to access an inner courtyard where a bike is at your disposal to facilitate your movements in the city, very well equipped with bike paths. The building is secured by a Digit-Code, you will push the solid wooden door of this "extension" of 3 independent studios renovated in 2024. You will stay on the top floor, under the roof, in this 10 m² + 3 m² accommodation for the entrance hall. A real buffer zone between the excitement of the city and this soothing cocoon, your private hall will allow you to drop off all your belongings. A real 90 x 190 cm bed will contribute to your rest. Bed linen and towels will be at your disposal as well as the Fiber Wi-Fi connection and a 32-inch connected TV. A kitchen area has everything you need: a fridge, a microwave, induction cooktops, dishes... A coffee maker and kettle are also available. Guest access TO FACILITATE ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION, ESPECIALLY THE STAIRCASE, AND FOR GREATER COMFORT, IT IS PREFERABLE NOT TO MEASURE MORE THAN 180 cm. Of course, I will be there as soon as you arrive to assist you with your luggage and belongings. Many delivery places and paid parking lots with charging stations are nearby (Parking Sainte-Claire les Halles 24/7) or the tram that stops right outside your door.  Despite our love for animals, we are not allowed to welcome them in this shared space with Vito, our porcelain breed dog, present in the photos, is too jealous.   As the condominium is quiet, I would of course ask you to respect the tranquility of all the occupants of this small atypical house.
