Fully equipped condo with two bedroom, two bath, dining and living area, laundry and kitchen. It is on the first level, the pool is literally 5 steps away from our door. The condo is excellently located 100 barefoot steps from 'Mamitas' beach, and another 100 steps from the famous 'La Quinta' stroll. The building has 25 other apartments in three different levels. Right out side the gate there are restaurants, little local shops, scuba diving and snorkeling centers, etc... We love it! The space The place is quite due to the courtyard set up. It’s supper safe because it’s gated with guard on site during night. Guest access The gate has a combination doorknob, one parking space is allowed. Other things to note Please be environmentally conscious. Our beautiful riviera will appreciate it.
